# Stage 2: Dataroom Preparation

In preparation for Backer due diligence, you will need to stand up a virtual dataroom. For this, we recommend you use a virtual dataroom service that allows you to track investor engagement (e.g. [Docsend](https://docsend.com/)).

At the minimum, your dataroom should include:

* An overview speaking to your historical performance
* Material speaking to the performance of your borrowers
* Transaction structure and security overview document explaining how security works in the instance of a default
* Agreements you have in place with your borrowers
* Deal Specific Documentation such as:
  * Term sheets
  * Loan Agreements
  * Security Agreements
  * Any other transaction documents you think necessary

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.goldfinch.finance/goldfinch/goldfinch-v1/borrower-how-to/launching-a-borrower-pool-on-goldfinch/stage-2-dataroom-preparation.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
